Title: Trainee AV Technician
Location: London, UK (10-week initial training in Uxbridge, UB8 2LS)

Salary: £23,800.80 per year

Job Requirements

• Education: No formal schooling is necessary; nevertheless, a love of technology and an openness to learning are prerequisites.
• Superior problem-solving and communication abilities, a strong focus on offering first-rate customer service, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure are among her capabilities.
• Availability: Must be prepared to work on the weekends and late at night as necessary.

Responsibilities

Participate in a demanding 10-week course covering customer service, audio, video, and lighting design.
Help with the lighting, audio, and video system setup and operation during business events.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during events.
Please sure that all health and safety laws are observed, including the requirement to wear the proper PPE and to notify the project manager or HSE manager of any problems.
Provide outstanding customer service while aiming to go above and beyond for your clients
