Responsibilities
We are the Contact Centre Representative, and over primary role will be to understand and assist TD Bank’s customers. Your responsibilities with include:
Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by assisting with account inquiries, resolving issues, leasing the service, and recommending TD products and services.
Problem-Solving: Efficiently resolving customer inquiries is the first point of contact by listening and responding empathetically.
Goal Achievement: Meet performance objectives including customer experience survey results, compliance regulations, and productivity targets.
Continuous Learning: Participate in organizing training and coaching to develop in your role.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or other equivalent.
Customer Service Skills: Exceptional listening skills with a curiosity to help customers. - Technical Skills: Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems and applications efficiently.
- Digital Literacy: Competence with a range of devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops,s and others.
- Personal Attributes: Flexibility, resiliency, positive attitude, and integrity.
