Job Description:

Position: Floor and Support Assistant
Location: London, E1
Salary: £30,900 per annum
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30 am – 5.00 pm (1-hour break)
Work Model: Fully onsite

Purpose of Role:

The Floor Support Assistant will independently manage all floor support operations clients’ requests. They include handling the filing, archive/deeds management, processing and delivering mail, copying, scanning, printing, and performing general administrative duties. The role requires establishing and maintaining a service-based relationship with clients, recognizing, and responding to two customer needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • File Management: Deliver exceptional electronic and hard copy And file management services.
  • Document Handling: Return by adding documents to existing client files, logging and recording documents, and handling closed files.
  • File Housekeeping: Maintained and ordered filing areas, collected files from client areas, and returned them to shelves.
  • Mail Handling: Sort, scan as, rename, used distribute incoming mail.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Keep equipment in good working order, troubleshoot we can problems, and place service calls when necessary.
  • Consumable Management: Follow stock procedures, in the replenishment copiers with consumables.
  • Job Prioritization: Prioritize jobs to meet the customer and requirements and deadlines.
  • Photocopying and Scanning as the Printing: Provide these services as per customer instructions.
  • Data Collection: Collect and input monthly and forecast information, billing, and client chargeback data.
  • Paperwork Utilization: Ensure job requests when properly tracked.
  • Standard Compliance: Adhere i corporate standards or seek ways the improve operations.
  • Document Binding: Bind the final of documents.
  • Data Tasks: Perform extensive computer as data-related tasks, using internal a external portals and systems.
  • Client Communication: Deal with customer inquiries and promptly, communicate on the job deadline issues.
  • Customer Service: Maintain high levels of customer service, and build and grow relationships with key clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Work in a team in this environment, and provide updates on workflow if deadlines the Team Leader.
  • Training: Undertake required training and learning technology development.
