Job Description

As a Harvest Picker, your primary responsibility will be to carefully pick grapes from the vines. This role requires working outdoors in various weather conditions, ensuring that the grapes are harvested efficiently and with attention to detail. The position is seasonal, lasting approximately 3 to 4 weeks, starting in the third week of September and continuing until early October.

Job Requirements

• Physical fitness Ability to stand, walk, bend, sit, and crouch for extended periods.
• Ability to lift Must be able to lift moderate weights as part of the harvesting process.
• Attention to detail Ensuring grapes are picked carefully without damaging the vines.
• Own transportation Must have reliable transportation to and from the vineyard.
• Flexibility Willingness to work varying hours, depending on weather and harvest needs.

Responsibilities

Harvesting grapes from vines with care and precision.
Working in various weather conditions, including rain and sunshine.
Following safety guidelines and procedures.
I am assisting in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the vineyard.

Salary and Benefits

1. Pay: $100.00 per hour.
